Cosmo Skip Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Cosmo Skip game collects, how it is used and what choices you have. The game is developed by Labrinho Games (Leonardo Giordano Colombini), Brazil.
In short: Cosmo Skip doesn't ask you to sign up and keeps your progress only on your device. Ads, served by Google AdMob, may collect some device data.
1. Information we collect
Cosmo Skip does not ask for an account, login, name, email or any personal data to play.
Your progress is saved only on your device: best scores, stars, unlocked characters and maps, missions and sound settings. We don't send this information to any server of ours. If you uninstall the game or clear the app's data, this progress is deleted.
2. Ads (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos, such as getting an extra life or doubling your stars. To show and measure these ads, Google's ads SDK may automatically collect:
- IP address, used to estimate the device's approximate location;
- device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and App Set ID;
- interactions with the app and with ads;
- diagnostic and performance information.
This data is processed by Google for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Consent: if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from the "Ad privacy" link in the game menu.
Your choices: in your Android settings you can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalization.
3. In-app purchases
Purchases such as special characters, maps and ad removal are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store payment details such as card numbers. We only receive confirmation of the purchase to unlock the item in the game.
4. Children
Cosmo Skip is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can take action.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. The only information that leaves your device is what is handled by the Google services described above (AdMob and Google Play).
6. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable privacy laws, you can request information about how your data is handled and exercise your rights through the contact below. Since we don't keep personal data on our own servers, requests about ad data are handled directly through Google's tools.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. When that happens, the date at the top of this page will change.
